    I purchased this a few years ago and liked it. I joined weight watchers after that and used their journal…I didn’t like it as well. I’ve also used other journals that were given to me…didn’t like them either. I use an online journal but that is difficult if I’m not near a computer (and I don’t have a smart phone). This would be a great back up for that since I could write it all down during the day (tallying the info as I went) and by dinner know what is left in calories etc to be used. When I have the $$ again I will be ordering this again. Right now I’ve ordered the smaller version to use for the time being.

    Love this journal. I am ordering another one. So helpful,counting both fats and carbs as well as calories.

    I’ve used one of these for years. Very helpful in keeping track of your daily calories, carbs, fats. Just wish it had a place for proteins. I just them to a blank space at the bottom of the page.
