I appreciate the hard covers for sturdy writing, and the spiral big enough to fit a pen. I kinda wish I knew about the full size version but I actually like its compact size to focus on the important parts and it’s easy to cary around.

I was hiking with my daughter and her dog at Volunteer Trail near Smyrna TN. I use the journals for everything, hiking, running (5K up to half marathon) , cruising (Alaska, England, Spain, many trips to the Caribbean) and a lot of everyday stuff. Who won Hockey games, Super Bowl, World Series.
My grandchildren learning to swim, ride bikes, run cross country.
I also store old pictures and gate receipts.
I love writing it down, so maybe when I’m gone someone else will enjoy the memories.
