Acceptable file types: TIFF, JPEG, PDF, PNG or GIF.  Image size should be at least 350 pixels x 350 pixels and/or 300 dpi. (If it looks small on your screen, it’s probably too small.) If your image is of poor quality, we will contact you for another!
